We have been awarded the Investors in People Accreditation. In addition, we have implemented our staff communication forum process to ensure staff are engaged in the business.

We have also achieved Silver stage of the SFEDI accreditation and are currently being assessed to Gold standard. SFEDI sets the standards for small business learning and support through recognising and promoting good practice in enterprise development and support.

We are members of Prowess.  Prowess is a UK-wide advocacy network that supports the growth of women's business ownership through the development of an effective women-friendly business support infrastructure and enterprise culture.  Our membership of Prowess supports the fact that we are proud to have the second highest percentage of women partners in the Top 60 firms of accountants in the UK and a significantly higher proportion of female qualified staff than the industry norm.
