Due Diligence is a crucial process for both trusts looking to expand or for schools looking to join an existing Multi Academy Trust (MAT), the aim being to manage the significant risks associated with the transfer. The process is equally important for schools looking to create their own new MAT to ensure they choose the right partners.
Our Due Diligence process is specific to each assignment, driven by the requirements of our clients. For each case we adopt a commercial approach, interpreting and prioritising issues in relation to their impact on the transfer.
