Caroline Monk - Executive Partner

Caroline jointly heads up the firm as an Executive Partner.  She joined Beever and Struthers as a partner in 2003 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and completing the formal FCA accounting qualification. She previously lead the firm’s private sector audit team and maintains responsibility for the firm's multinational groups and FCA regulated clients.

As the Head of our International team she is one of the firm’s key contacts for HLB International, a fast-growing, dynamic network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisors. Through this network she advises businesses on strategic and audit matters relevant to their international needs.

She is also a leading member of our Insurance and Financial, Manufacturing and Engineering, and Innovation, Communication and IT teams. She has the sector expertise to help clients in these industries navigate a range of audit, accounting and tax compliance issues. In particular business structuring, governance and advice on best practice.

In October 2021, Caroline became a board member for the Manchester Camerata, a registered charity and orchestra working and performing in Manchester and around the world. Manchester Camerata puts communities first, supporting care homes and educaion providers by "making music for change."
