Charities, donations and volunteering


Through donations and sponsorships, we have raised more than £7,482 this year for charities and community organisations across the UK.

The firm’s charity of choice is Forever Manchester who support a range of charities and communities across Greater Manchester. Our long standing financial support has gone towards helping them fund community projects across Greater Manchester which deliver job opportunities, work placements and skills training.

The Beevers Fundraising Group (BFG) was set up by staff for the purpose of raising money for the charitable causes that matter the most to our staff and their families.

We sponsor or donate to a range of other organisations across the region to help their fundraising efforts, some of which include:

Every year a team from Beever and Struthers also takes part in the Great Manchester Run and have raised money for Manchester Mind, Lancashire Mind and The Christie Charity. In 2019 a team from Beever and Struthers took part in the Great Manchester Run in aid of Forever Manchester.

We raised £1,157 for the Greater Manchester based charity which provides funding and support for a range of community projects, including delivering job opportunities, education, work placements, support to cancer patients and much more.

Our employees are also actively engaged in raising money and volunteering their time for causes close to their heart. From cake sales, dress down days or shoe box appeals.

We are also keen to promote charity campaigns across our Twitter and LinkedIn platforms. We even have a dedicated Twitter account for Not for Profit organisations to share and engage with community groups, charities and volunteers.
