Maria Hallows

Maria Hallows – Executive Partner

Maria jointly heads up the firm as an Executive partner.  She joined the firm in 1995 and has worked almost exclusively in the not for profit sector for over 25 years.

As the head of our Social Housing sector, she provides technical support to clients and acts as a sounding board on sector issues.

With a strong commitment to the social housing and wider not for profit sector, Maria is a member of two key influencing groups, the ICAEW Social Housing Committee and the National Housing Federation’s SORP Working Party, to which she provides technical expertise to help influence policy decisions. She also regularly writes articles for social housing publications and presents at conferences on a range of key topics for the sector.

Her leadership skills were recognised by the ICAEW, where she won the ‘Best Financial Leader’ at the Manchester Awards for her work with clients and involvement with the ICAEW and the NHF.

Maria has achieved the ICAEW’s Diploma in Charity Accounting (DChA), a leading qualification in the charity finance field which demonstrates our dedication to the charity sector.
