North West Business Leader Forum

As we move into our second period of lockdown, remote working, online meetings and changed approaches to leadership have become the new normal.

It is amazing what businesses have achieved in embracing digital and technological changes, adapting team resources and governance to ensure continuity of the provision of goods and services and survival!  At the same time, we are home-schooling, worrying about family members and simply aiming to stay healthy.
 
Whilst some experiences are more challenging than others, with the uncertain economic outlook, what happens next with strategic planning? Surely we will not go back to how we operated four weeks ago; or will we?

At Beever and Struthers we can do our bit to help our clients at this time of turmoil and change. The idea is to share experiences; successful and less so. So we can work together to overcome some of the key challenges brought about by COVID-19 for the NW region and consider how we can move forward and thrive in the new normal.

These events are targeted at CEO, CFO and FDs. If you are a business leader in the NW, we would be delighted if you could join us to share your experience and ideas.
