The Reserves Conundrum?

Education Sector - The Reserves Conundrum? - 14 July 2020, 10am - 12.00pm

Over the last 3 years the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) has put more focus on reserves management and reserves policies, but what are reserves within an Academy Trust?

This session will focus on breaking down these terms and think about how Trusts might manage and consider reserves within their Trust.  We will also consider what the purpose is of a Reserves Policy within an Academy Trust and why it’s important to maintain reserves within the current funding arena.

Mark Bradley, Partner will be our key presenter.

Use of GoToMeeting platform:

  • A link will be provided in advance to enable you to log on easily on the day.
  • We will use the chat function to maximise interaction.
  • A 30 minute dedicated Q&A slot at the end of the session will give you a further opportunity to ask questions.

You are welcome to share the information about our upcoming event with Business Managers, Finance Directors, Chief Executives and Trustees of Academy Trusts as well as any Finance Director forums you might be a member of.
