Case study Future Spend

Organisations have varying future financial cost pressures as a result of predicted spend. We have worked with a number of clients assessing the reasonableness of their future spend forecasts in line with the business plan and procurement and key contract management to identify risks in future spend. We have provided benchmarking on future spend in line with similar organisations as well as recommended areas upon which to have tighter future spend controls going forward.
