Charlotte Kay
Manager
I’m Charlotte and I work within our SME department. I have 30 years’ experience in accounting and taxation, primarily working in personal tax and building a portfolio that ranges from high net worth (HNW) individuals to self-employed clients and partnerships. My experience has led me to recently join our SME team as Accounts Manager.
The team and I provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and are always available to answer queries, no matter how small, to make sure that our clients get value for money.

My story
I joined the team more than a decade ago, where I was originally a manager within the SME department looking after all aspects of small to medium businesses including limited companies, unincorporated businesses, and charities.
I moved into tax world back in 2007 as a senior and made my way up to manager before re-joining our SME team earlier this year.
I do this too…
With three children, a dog and three cats I don’t have much time for my own hobbies, but I do enjoy taking the dog on long walks and reading. I love to watch my son play ice hockey (which takes up most weekends) and also watch my daughter’s dance. I don’t have any spare time but wouldn’t have it any other way.
