I’m Fran and I am Head of the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team. With over 30 years of experience, I am well placed to advise distressed businesses on their options and to undertake all types of formal insolvency work, providing bespoke solutions. In 2014 I became a North West region committee member of R3 Association of Business Recovery Professionals and was later appointed as its Chair in 2022.

My story
I joined the firm as a Senior manager back in 2008 and helped to set up the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency department. This was a challenge I relished, and having been there since the beginning I was delighted to take over the role of Head of the department in 2022. Having passed my JIEB (insolvency exams) in 2000 I am a qualified Insolvency Practitioner. I am also a Chartered Accountant having initially qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with ACCA in 1995 I became a member of the ICAEW in 2018.
I do this too…
I love watching most sports, particularly football, having grown up watching Manchester City where I’ve had a season ticket since I was 11. I also like to watch Tennis. France is my favourite destination for holidays as I have family there, but anywhere in Europe where it is hot will do!
