Case study Rent Setting Reviews

Rent setting for Registered Providers continues to be a significant challenge as RPs are required to ensure compliance with legislation and the Rent Standard across a range of tenures.  We have recently assisted a number of RPs in reviewing underlying rent calculations across their properties to ensure rents are charged in line with legislation.  We have also assisted those where rent charges have been incorrect and to make relevant changes to residents.
