I’m Jo and support the Risk, Assurance and Advisory (RAA) Team and our clients. I’m involved in lots of activities including, diary management, assisting with and resolving queries, ensuring the documents we send look pretty and meet our client needs and ensuring efficient reporting and communication.
With over 18 years’ experience, I live and breathe project and workflow management (I love to plan ahead, and I work with our team to get them to do the same). I also deliver training to client staff on our internal audit process, covering the documents we produce and key timescales, to help them keep things on track.

My story
I joined the firm in 2005 as a personal assistant within the private sector audit team, before being given the opportunity to keep all the plates spinning within the internal audit department in 2009, and the rest is history (I did say I loved a challenge!). Prior to joining the accountancy world, I used to be an Office Manager for a jewellery wholesale company.
I do this too….
I love to bake whenever I can (I’m no bake off champion), but my family enjoy what I make (or at least they say they do!).
I also love to get away on city breaks, Barcelona being my favourite place to visit; architecture and the food are second to none.
