Over the past 10 years, the son of PJD’s founder, Mark has focused on the Manchester office market. His portfolio consists of refurbishments to iconic buildings such as Sevendale House, One Express and Two Express. Mark looks after his buildings, protecting their heritage but looking to the future too. It is no coincidence we have chose to have our headquarters at One Express!
We work closely with Mark and his family, recognising that the family’s corporate affairs are intrinsically linked to their personal affairs, we can’t, and won’t, look at any aspect on its own.
